How Buying with EverChain works

We’ve detailed each step below. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.

Join the DebtTrader Certified Buyer Network

Access to ready-to-bid loan portfolios starts with becoming a certified member of the DebtTrader Buyer Network. The annual certification process allows sellers to quickly determine qualified buyers, enhancing the probability of a successful partnership. Certification includes things like verification of licenses and certificates of authority, reviewing historical regulatory and legal actions, as well as insurance verification. Once certified, you can simply log in and start your bidding.

Browse and identify the Right Deal for You

Using DebtTrader’s advanced filtering tools, you can set alerts to be notified when the right deal is listed. This enables you to quickly and easily identify portfolios that meet your investment criteria and even compare them to other portfolios.

Analyze and Strategize

Once you have selected a portfolio, you will obtain real-time access to a masked data file, loan agreements, payment histories, and seller due diligence surveys. In addition, you can quickly and easily review portfolio analysis from major national scoring companies.

Submit Your Bid

Submitting your bid has never been simpler or more secure. Once you have reviewed the portfolio sale packet, log in to DebtTrader, select the portfolio and submit your competitive bid. This can be a one-time purchase or a forward flow commitment. You’ll then be able to upload your redlined purchase and sale agreement for review by the seller.

Close the sale

Once a final offer has been accepted, you can review and negotiate contract terms, then execute the sale agreement electronically. When the agreement has been mutually executed, you can fund the seller directly and download your purchased portfolio securely.

Post-Sale Management

Post-sale management is key to a successful purchase, and we became industry leaders by providing best-in-class, technology-based solutions to resolve buy back requests, consumer complaints, media requests, and chain of title issues. With DebtTrader’s cloud-based platform, you can seamlessly communicate with sellers, allowing you to spend more time collecting and less time chasing down loose ends.

Buying With Confidence

Security, compliance and best practice are central to the DebtTrader platform.

We are proud to have established the highest standards of ethical, regulatory, and legal compliance guidelines that serve to safeguard your investment, your brand, and your bottom line.
